ShutUp Your Windows 10's Privacy Trackers

I was finding a tool or script to disable unnecessary services and user activity tracking features of Windows 10. One user on StackOverflow suggested "O&O ShutUp10" and I gave it a try. 

After using it, I can say in a nutshell: It is the simplest and very useful tool we should run it once after installing fresh Windows 10. And it also suggests the settings we should disable so that we don't end up disabling system service that is essential for OS to run smoothly.
