How To Hide Files Behind Image

Now our life became more private and no one would like to share his private matters with others.
So here is a method to hide your files behind Image that no one could see that.

(By this method, you are actually making one RAR file and linked it with an image, so we can call that the files had been hidden.)


Step 1: Convert your files into '.rar' file type that means make Zip of your files using archiver creator software like 'WinRAR', 'WinZip', '7zip'.
 
 (Here folder 'abc' that we want to hide)

Step 2: Then rename that zip file with '2', So we can easily type. (this step is optional)

Step 3: Select an image in which you want to hide your file.

Step 4: Rename the image with '1'.(this step is optional)
  

Step 5: Now move that both file (1.jpg & 2.rar) into a Drive's outer folder so we can locate it easily.

Step 6: Then just remember the drive where you have moved those two items.(1.jpg & 2.rar)
(Here these files are moved in E drive)

Step 7: Open Run from the start menu or just press "WindowsKey+R" & type "cmd".
 

Step 8 : Then type > [DriveLetter]:
(Here E is DriveLetter so it will be > E:)

Step 9: Then type this code >
> "copy /b 1.jpg+2.rar 1.jpg"
and hit 'Enter'.
(Here '1' is an image name and '.jpg' is its extension and '2.rar' is the archive of the file that we want to hide)
Finally here '1.jpg' is an output file where your rar file has been hidden...
  • It will be saved in the drive's outer folder where you had put those two files.
To check whether the operation was successful or not > check your selected image size-it will be increased as the size of your folder you wanted to hide.

Get Your File Back


To open your original file back, Open '1.jpg' with WinRAR OR open WinRAR and drag that file into it.
